What you are buying

A written reading of the chart you calculated, in nine sections: your Sun read through the focus area you chose, your Moon, what the two of them do to each other, and then Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter and Saturn one at a time — plus your Rising sign when a birth time was given and an Ascendant could be worked out. It closes with a short piece written for the focus area you picked, and it shows the exact degrees for the outer bodies, which the free result leaves blurred.

Uranus, Neptune, Pluto and Chiron are calculated and shown on the wheel but are not written up. Each of them stays in one sign for between seven and thirty years, so anything said about them would be true of everybody born across most of a decade — which is not what this is for.

The paywall lists every section by name before you pay, and what it lists is exactly what you receive. A chart missing a placement produces no section for it and none is listed, so the list is never a promise of something that is not there.

The text appears on the page as soon as the payment clears. Nothing is emailed, nothing is posted, and nothing arrives later. Use the save button on the reading to keep a copy.

The unlock is then remembered by the browser you bought in, and only that browser: return with the same birth date, time, country and focus and the reading is still there, without paying again. Change any of those four and it is a different reading, which is not covered by the same payment. Clearing your site data, or moving to another browser or device, loses the unlock — which is why the save button matters.

It is a single payment. There is no subscription, no renewal and nothing to cancel.

If something goes wrong

If the reading did not appear, or you have lost it, email admin@natalchartonline.com from the address you paid with and we will get it back to you. Try this first — it usually settles it. The reading still exists, and putting it back in front of you is a better outcome than unwinding the sale.

Write from the address you paid with and say what happened. There is no account to look you up by, so that address is what ties the message to a payment.

If you would rather not keep the reading at all, a refund can be asked for at the same address within 14 days of buying.

What a reading is not

It is for entertainment and self-reflection. It is not advice about your health, your money, your relationships, your career or your future, and it is not a substitute for a doctor, a therapist, a lawyer or a financial adviser. Nothing in it is a prediction, and nothing in it should be relied on to make a decision.

The astronomy is real — the positions are computed from an ephemeris for the date, time and place you gave. The interpretation of those positions is not science, and is not presented as any.

The text is written for placements, not for people. Two visitors with the same Sun, Moon and Rising and the same focus area receive the same reading.

Accuracy of what you give us

The reading is only as good as the birth details entered. A wrong time moves the Ascendant, and a birth near midnight or on a cusp day can move the Sun or the Moon into the neighbouring sign. Where a placement is uncertain the result says so.

Location is resolved to a single reference point for the country given, not to a city. For the Ascendant in a wide country that is an indication rather than a fact, and the result says that too. Getting a different answer from a service that asked for your city is expected, and is not a fault in either.

Payment and the seller

Payments are taken by Whop. Card details are entered into Whop’s own checkout and never reach this site. What Whop receives, and what it is not told, is set out on the privacy page.

Whop is the merchant of record for card-network and settlement purposes, which is why its name, not ours, is what appears on your statement. For every other purpose the reading is sold by us, and anything to do with the reading itself should come to us rather than to them.

Prices are in US dollars. Where your bank or Whop converts to another currency, the rate and any fee are theirs, not ours.

Changes

These terms may change. The version that applies to a purchase is the one published when the purchase was made, and a change is never applied backwards to a reading somebody has already bought.

Common questions

Will I be charged again?

No. It is one payment for one reading. There is no subscription, no trial that converts and nothing that renews, so there is nothing to cancel.

I paid and then lost the page. What now?

If you are in the same browser, the unlock is remembered — enter the same birth details and the same focus and the full text will be there. A different chart is a different reading and is not covered by the same payment. If you cleared your site data, or moved to another browser or device, there is no account to log into: email admin@natalchartonline.com from the address you paid with and we will send you a link that restores it.

Can I share or republish my reading?

Keep it, print it, send it to a friend. What you may not do is republish the text as your own or feed it into a product that resells it.
